Anyone catch RHOOC the other night? That crazy lush Sarah took a piece off the bow of Heather's cake (which you know had to have cost hundreds) and ate it before the cake was ever cut. Her drunk excuse was that she has a sugar problem and had to eat it...mmmhmmm.
I cannot tell you how proud I was of Heather for not going ape**** on Sarah...cos I would have...in fact, something kind of like that happened to me once...just not with an expensive cake...
Two or so years ago when I was still a cop, a bunch of us (other cops from the city I worked in) went to eat dinner at Quizno's. I got a sandwich and a cookie to eat. I had turned to talk to one of my buddies and when I turned back another guy had opened my cookie and taken a bite.... I think my reaction was something like this:
(If you see a *, insert any given profanity)
Me: Are you being * serious right now? Did you really just * take a bite of my * cookie? Who the * does that?
Me turning to the person next to me: Really...who the * does that?
I don't even remember what the Cookie Biter said, but what I do remember was 10 minutes later when the guy next to me looked at Cookie Biter and said, "Man, I have to got to ask you...what the * is that on your shoulder?"
You know what it was?
And that is what you get for taking a bite out of my cookie.
I'm at the computer and my son is watching old reruns of Scooby Doo.
I thought I'd do a quick little post to give a little insight into who I am/what I do...
I am currently a stay-at-home mom. Up until two years ago, I was in law enforcement (where I met my husband). I have two kids...one girl (10 yrs old) and one boy (4). If I'm not doing stuff around the house or with the kids, I like to play around on the computer, watch tv, shop and read.
My best friend, Tasha, was a part of this blog, but I lost her to couponing. I don't do any couponing, but I will sign up for all the free stuff on facebook. I get all kinds of little samples and free magazines in the mail pretty much every day. Today FedEx brought me this:
apparently I signed up for a contest ( don't remember doing it tho) and won a bareMinerals bronzer...pretty cool
I think part of the reason I've had a hard time opening up on my blog is because I am really sarcastic and that doesn't always translate well when people don't know you. I also might have a little swearing problem... I have never watched Real Housewives of Atlanta so I don't know how she was on there, but I'd say I'm kind of like Kim Zolciak-Biermann on Don't be Tardy For the Wedding when it comes to how I talk around people I know.
If I don't know you though, I promise I'll talk PG...13
her husband Kroy is showing everyone how a REAL man should act. Did anyone watch the finale of Don't be Tardy last night? I cried like a baby watching him give Kim's daughters rings at the wedding and telling them how much he loved them like they were his own children. What an amazing guy. (Btw, my husband is a pretty amazing stepdad to my 10 year old daughter too...she even calls him Dad!)
I will leave you with these hilarious videos.. if you love fashion, like me, you will love these:
Sooo...I deleted all my posts on this blog a month or two ago...I just didn't know what I wanted to do with the blog anymore or if I wanted to do it anymore... I struggle with wanting to tell more about myself, but then not wanting to give away too much...is that something anyone else struggles with?!
In the time I've been away from the blogworld, I have chopped my hair off...here is the old look:
and here is the new:
my kids and I ran walked the Savannah Mile:
saw some dolphins:
and took a couple of weekend trips to Hilton Head Island, SC and Jacksonville, FL. We have tried to stay busy while my husband is off doing his job 8,000 miles away!
While I have kept reading blogs, I haven't really been commenting since I haven't had a blog up and running...so I look forward to talking to everyone again...missed y'all!
